Mark Paxford, Club Coach
It gives me great pleasure to inform you that Mark Paxford has successfully completed his Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Football.
This nationally recognized qualification, comes with the title 'Club Coach'. To achieve this standard, Mark has completed modules in Emergency Aid, Child Protection, Club Administration, Mini-Soccer Ethics (Soccer Parent) and Football Laws, as well as considerable practical instruction on how to organize and facilitate training sessions.
Mark joined the Club at the start of the 2003-04 season when his son, George, joined the Blaze. Since then the group has grown it's membership to the squad limit of 18, and maintained a 100% player retention rate. A testimony to the coaching team's commitment to interesting and fun player development.
On behalf of the Committee, Coaches and Club Members, I would like to thank Mark for his commitment and support. My congratulations go to him on his successful completion of this important course.
